Quick answer: RAP Education's programs include 100% placement support: portfolio and reel reviews, real shoots and introductions to studios, production houses, wedding teams, brands.
When students search for a photography course with placement in Kolkata, they want one thing: a real path to paid work. It's worth understanding what placement support should include, and what it can't promise.
What placement support should include
At RAP Education, 100% placement support means every student on our programs gets:
- Portfolio reviews: mentors help you choose and sequence your strongest work.
- Showreels for film students: a cut that shows story, light and editing.
- Real shoots: experience on mentor-led and client-style projects.
- Introductions: to studios, production houses, wedding teams, agencies and brands.
- Career guidance: freelance versus employment, pricing and client basics.
What no honest institute can promise
No school can guarantee a specific job or salary. Employers hire based on your portfolio, reliability and attitude on set. Placement support gives you the skills, the work and the introductions; you still have to deliver.
Where RAP students go to work
- Wedding photography and film teams
- Commercial studios: product, food and fashion
- Production houses: ads, music videos and films
- Brands and agencies: content and social media roles
- Freelance: portraits, events, products and content
